There is nothing worse than discovering that your boiler has stopped working, especially in the middle of a cold spell! Calling us couldn’t be easier as you will be greeted by one of our family team who will arrange a prompt response to your call. We will only ever send a qualified engineer to your property to ensure that a full assessment is completed and to allow you to know exactly what has gone wrong with your boiler.
When the issue has been diagnosed, we will aim to repair it there and then, leaving you reconnected to heat and hot water. If we are unable to complete a permanent fix or any repair on the initial visit, we will arrange a time convenient for us to come back to complete the job. Whilst most of our jobs end with a fixed boiler, it is sometimes necessary for us to order specific parts for your particular problem.
