Unvented Annual Service
We offer unvented annual services throughout London & Surrey, making sure you still have hot water, not only this its to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend servicing should be conducted every 12 months.
Upon completing the annual service, the engineer will provide a checklist.

Heating System Inspections:
- Verify the expansion vessel pressure
- Ensure the pressure relief valve functions correctly.
- If necessary, replenish the system and examine the filling loop’s functionality.
- Inspect the filling loop for any leaks and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct tests on the central heating flow two-port valve
- Assess the electrical connections at the wiring centre.
- Examine the manual bottle air eliminator for excess air and vent if needed.
- Test the circulating pump’s operation.
- Where applicable, inspect the secondary return pump.
- Test the expansion relief valve on the multibloc to ensure it operates correctly.
- Test the temperature relief valve
- Test the immersion heaters
- Verify the correct opertation and installation is safe
